Temporary permissions
Grant site permissions once, for a limited time, for a tab, or permanently.
Most permission prompts, such as camera, microphone, location or notifications, are one-off decisions. Peppermint lets you say how long a permission should last.
Durations
When a site asks for a permission, choose Allow for:
- Once: the permission is granted for this use only.
- A set time: Peppermint revokes it automatically when the time is up and tells you how many minutes remain.
- This tab: the permission ends when you close the tab.
- Always: the classic, permanent permission.
You can review and change permissions at any time from the site panel.
